Blue Hill Brewery: "Tree" Beer - Kolsch style ale.
Jack's Abby Brewery: "Leisure Time"- Wheat lager, spices, lemongrass, coriander, orange peel and chamomile, some citrus notes.
Appetizer Course
Andouille Sausage Hash topped with a Soft-Cooked Egg
Blue Hill Brewery: Dunkelweizen - Dark roasted malts which add an overlay of chocolatey and roasted flavors.
Jacks Abby Brewery: Lashes Red IPL - Full bodied Amber style lager with notes of Carmel, Fruits and Spices with a slightly dry finish.
Salad Course
Roasted Potato, Tomato and Bean Salad
Blue Hill Brewery: Lucky #7 IPA - Classic IPA hopped with
over 7 different varietals, lots of citrus notes, pin, creamy
malts and a dry finish.
Jacks Abby Brewery: House Lager(landbier) - Old German style lager, very light flavors of caramels/ nuts/ grains/ slight hoppy finish.

BrDominican Jerk Chicken with Fried Plantains Chips &

Blue Hill Brewery: Double IPA - Extremely Dry IPA, unfiltered beer, packing strong earthy notes and citrus with mild sweet notes
due to the malts.
Jacks Abby Brewery: Hoponious Union - A blend of classic American hops creates a huge tropical fruit and citrusy hop aroma. A dry finish accentuates the pleasant bitterness and hop profile.

Blue Hill Brewery: Three Peaks Imperial Stout - Milk stout, notes of chocolate/coffee.
Jacks Abby Brewery: Smoke & Dagger - Notes of roasted grains, beechwood smoke and coffee accompany a full bodied and sweet,chocolatey malt character.

During the meet and greet you will have the opportunity to speak with brewers and reps from all around the area and get to meet the people responsible for Jacks Abby Brewery as well as meet a new rising star of the beer world Blue Hill Brewery.
The main event will start at 6:30pm at which time our speakers will take you around the world and through time describing the history, culture, styles, and specks of the Beers and Craft Cuisine you will be trying.
Our Executive Chef Jay Duffley and Kitchen Manager Thomas Meisner have put together an excellent line up of pairings to compliment and contrast our
beer selections.
